This is our CNC gantry milling and boring machine. The length of this machine is 6000mm, the width is 3200mm, the height is 1100mm, the length of another machine is 4000mm, width is 3200mm, height is 1200mm. They mainly produce the large gear, mining machinery parts, gearbox shell,bearing chock ,welding parts, large flange and so on.We also have 4th axis for these two machine to processing some complex machinery parts. Now this equipment are milling the XXX product, we can see the detail. These two machine are all adopt Siemens CNC controller, which have the stable processing ability and high precision. The precision can be reached to 0.01mm
These are our CNC vertical machine center, their X axis trip is 800mm, Y and Z axis trip is 500mm.They are mainly produce the high precision gear,gear rack, sprocket, mould and so on. Dimensions less than 800x500x500mm can be machined by these machine. These machines also can be assembled with 4th axis. The rotation Angle can process multiple surfaces at the same time, to improve the machining accuracy of the workpiece, simplify the process, improve production efficiency and shorten the production cycle.
